So I decided to make a healthy dinner for me and Ashleigh tonight and I made a really yummy cauliflower lasagna. It's really easy to make and doesn't take long at all (it has to cook for 40 minutes but the actual preparation time itself doesn't take long).
It was filling and yummy and healthy and there was enough for leftovers tomorrow :)
